Lexie Braverman is an actor born and raised in Philadelphia, currently residing in Brooklyn, New York. She is a graduate of Ithaca College and the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Her first role was the Cowardly Lion at day-camp in the Wizard of Oz when she was 11, because her hair was so big and her voice was so low.
Reasons Lexie has lived up to her last name:
In 2016, Lexie took part in the Actors’ Renaissance season at the American Shakespeare Center performing 5 plays, in three months, with 12 actors, and no directors.
In 2017, Lexie garnered rave reviews while performing in the one-woman drama ‘Dark Vanilla Jungle,’ taking it to both the Camden Fringe Festival in London, and off off Broadway in NYC.
In 2018, with InterAct Theater Company’s production of Sensitive Guys by MJ Kaufman, Braverman joined equity and made the official move to NYC!
In 2019, Lexie booked her first national commercial!
